After loving my taster session I had my first Nordic Walking lesson today and have to say I totally love it. Simon is a fantastic instructor and makes it so enjoyable. I can't t wait for level two on Saturday can't recommend it enough I feel so motivated. Great way of getting fit and being outdoors works perfectly for me as I hate the gym. So glad I went and amazing walks on my doorstep. Thanks, Simon it was really great.

Fantastic Learn to NW course with Simon who is a great coach with a wicked sense of humour. Encourages you on an individual basis whilst introducing you to the beauty of Cannock Chase and willingly answers all questions. This is a terrific way to exercise, as you work upper and lower body together. Simon is a great instructor as he gauges the session to your ability. Although he is ex-military, there is no sense of that in his training. It is a very enjoyable way to improve your fitness, and there is no lovelier "gym" than Cannock Chase!
