STAY WELL BUT STAY ACTIVE – TIPS ABOUT THE CORONAVIRUS OUTBREAK
Like all organisations, we have been taking measures to inform our staff, Instructors and Leaders about helping to avoid this virus and also reducing the risk of spreading it to others.

As most of our regular walkers have their own pair of poles and this is an outdoor activity, we think it’s important to remain active but be more aware. Exercising in the fresh air is a very positive way to stay healthy and we think preferable to attending busy indoor facilities too.

We will continue to share advice re the importance of hand washing and we ask those of you returning from high risk areas to contact us before booking any walks. We will follow local and Govt guidelines re busy public social spaces post walk too.

For any sessions where poles are provided, we will ensure that they are cleaned before and after the walk.

Above all, let’s work together to stop the spread and reduce the panic – Here are the clearest and most up to date guidelines on the Virus NHS CORONAVIRUS WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
