Do you want to start a fitness programme but need something that is at a slightly more gentle pace? Our Well Being and Conditioning classes could be just what you are looking for. We take these small classes at a more relaxed pace so that we can focus on your more specific health and fitness issues. A combination of Nordic Walking and resistance training will help you to improve your overall physical fitness as well as focus on muscle tone, joint mobility and posture. It is the ideal place to start if you are new to exercise or maybe recovering from injury or surgery. You can join as a monthly member and walk as many times a week as you want, or you can just pay as you go!
